Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
Exchange is only allowed in case of a genuine size issue, and only if the requested size is in stock.
If the size is unavailable, the product amount will be credited to your Kariza Wallet for future use.


No Return/Exchange Will Be Accepted If:
The product has been worn, washed, or used.
Tags are missing or tampered with.
The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
No opening video is provided in case of damage.


In Case of a Damaged or Defective Product:
We thoroughly check all items twice before shipping.
There are very rare chances of damage, but if any issue is found, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
It is mandatory to record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
The video must clearly show the issue without cuts or edits.
Without this video proof, no damage claim will be accepted.


Size Issues:
Please refer to our detailed Size Guide before placing your order.
Exchange for size is subject to stock availability.
Shipping cost for exchange (if any) will be informed during the process.


Kariza Wallet Credits:
If exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, your amount will be credited to your Kariza Wallet.
Wallet credits are non-refundable and can be used for future purchases only.
