Return, Refund and Exchange Policy 

• We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

• All made-to-order pieces, including our Ethnic Collection, are not eligible for exchange or return, as each piece is specially stitched for you after you place your order.

No Return/Exchange Will Be Accepted If:

• The product has been worn, washed, or used.

• Tags are missing or tampered with.

• The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.

• No unboxing video is provided in case of damage.

In Case of a Damaged or Defective Product:

• Every piece is carefully checked twice before dispatch.

• In rare cases of damage or defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• It is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.

• The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) and clearly show the issue.

• Without this video proof, no damage claim will be accepted.

Ethnic & Made-to-Order Pieces:

• All pieces in our Ethnic Collection are made to order — they are not ready stock items.

• Once you place an order, the outfit is freshly stitched for you.

• Each piece comes with 1.5 inches of margin on both sides for minor alterations.

• However, since these are made-to-order items, they do not fall under our exchange policy.

• Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order and double-check your measurements before choosing a size.

• If you’re unsure, you can always reach out to us before ordering for size guidance.

• Most of our pieces are designed with a body-hugging fit.

If you prefer a slightly relaxed fit, we recommend selecting one size up.

Exchange Policy (Only for Eligible Products):

• Exchange is allowed only in case of a genuine size issue and only if the requested size is in stock.

• Made-to-order and customised pieces are not eligible for exchange.

• If your product qualifies for an exchange, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer:

• Return pick-up: ₹250
• Re-shipping of exchanged product: ₹250
